Macroplaneamento
O macroplaneamento é o panorama geral. É o processo através do qual todas as grandes decisões são tomadas sobre uma campanha MTI em massa MTI . É o momento em que a meta geral de distribuição, o cronograma e o orçamento são definidos, juntamente com o(s) canal(is) de distribuição e o modo de distribuição, por exemplo, registo de famílias e distribuição através de locais de distribuição, ou MTI em locais de pré-posicionamento e distribuição porta a porta. O macroplaneamento também abrange os requisitos de pessoal, logística, formação, mudança social e comportamental MSC), supervisão e monitorização.
