Meals during the meeting
Lunch and three coffee breaks (early morning/arrival,mid-morning and afternoon) and 330ml water in the meeting room per guest (provided once in the morning and once in the afternoon) will be provided to all participants during the days of the meeting(s) that they are registered for. Timing of breaks will depend on the meeting agenda(s) .
One cocktail is planned at the end of the first day of each of the meetings: February 19th for the AMP Partners Meeting and February 21st for the Campaign Digitalization Meeting. Participants may attend the cocktail(s) for the meeting(s) that they are registered for. Further details will be communicated during the meeting.
Participants with special dietary requirements (allergies, vegetarian, halal, etc.) should indicate them during meeting registration.
Accommodation
Please note: Meeting participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and may book their accommodation at another hotel of their selection.
For participants that wish to stay at the Movenpick Hotel and Residences during the meeting(s), you must make your personal reservation by clicking on the following link. The rate per night is 180 USD for a single room, breakfast included and free Wi-Fi access in your room.
Reservation Changes
If you need to make changes to your reservation prior to your arrival, please ensure you contact the hotel directly at Hotel.Nairobi@movenpick.com. IFRC/AMP is not responsible for payment of a no-show at the hotel, and you will be charged according to the hotel’s policies

Airport pick-up
Meeting participants need to make their own transportation arrangements from and to the airport. For participants staying at the Movenpick Hotel and Residences, transfer arrangements can be organized upon request at hotel.nairobi@movenpick.com.
Flight details and the preferred option will have to be sent to the hotel directly.
