The meeting will take place at the Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Nairobi in the Almasi Ball Room on the 3rd floor.

Meals during the meeting
Lunch and three coffee breaks (early morning/arrival, mid-morning, and afternoon) will be provided to all participants on the days of the meetings they are registered for. Additionally, each participant will receive 330ml of water in the meeting room (provided once in the morning and once in the afternoon). The timing of the breaks will be based on the meeting agenda.
A cocktail reception is planned for each meeting:
- April 8, 2025 for the AMP Partners Meeting
- April 10 for the Campaign Digitalization Meetin
Participants may attend the cocktail reception for the meeting they are registered for. Further details will be provided during the meeting. Participants with special dietary requirements (e.g., allergies, vegetarian, halal, etc.) should indicate these during the meeting registration.
Accommodation
Please note: Meeting participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and may book their accommodation at another hotel of their selection.
For participants that wish to stay at the Movenpick Hotel and Residences during the meeting(s), you must make your personal reservation by clicking on the following link. You will be required to provide your credit card to guarantee your booking.
The rate per night is 180 USD tax included for a single room, breakfast included and free Wi-Fi access in your room.
Reservation Changes
If you need to make changes to your reservation prior to your arrival, please ensure you contact the hotel directly at Hotel.Nairobi@movenpick.com. IFRC/AMP is not responsible for payment of a no-show at the hotel, and you will be charged according to the hotel’s policies.

Each individual is responsible for booking their own flight to the event venue.
Airport pick-up
Participants are responsible for making their own transportation arrangements to and from the airport. For those staying at the Movenpick Hotel and Residences, airport transfer arrangements can be organized upon request by contacting the hotel at hotel.nairobi@movenpick.com.
