Planificación macro
La macroplanificación es la visión general. Es el proceso mediante el cual se toman todas las decisiones importantes sobre una campaña de distribución masiva de mosquiteros tratados con insecticida. Es el momento en el que se establecen el objetivo general de distribución, el calendario y el presupuesto, junto con los canales y el modo de distribución, por ejemplo, el registro de hogares y la distribución a través de puntos de distribución, o los mosquiteros tratados con insecticida situados en puntos de preposicionamiento y la distribución puerta a puerta. La macroplanificación también abarca los requisitos de personal, logística, formación, cambio social y de comportamiento (SBC), supervisión y seguimiento. Aquí se pueden encontrar herramientas adaptables para el plan de acción (PoA) general de la campaña de MTI, así como logística genérica y PoA de SBC.
